With the widespread COVID-19 outbreak, Omaha Dusk’s greatest priority is our staff and our customers. Because of this, one of the precautionary measures we have implemented to ensure your safety is with our UV sterilizer. Prior to shipment all orders are being sterilized by UV light.
Because COVID-19 can be viable for up to 72 hours on certain surfaces, the CHS-208A Sterilizer works to destroy and kill microbes on non-porous surfaces. After an item has been purchased it is placed inside the unit, which provides the optimum sterilizing environment.
The National Institute for Occupational Safety has done a study that concludes ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) to be one of the most promising methods for decontamination, killing bacteria and viruses more easily than other methods.
