Shipping Policy

Loud Dawn accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the year. All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (Excluding US National Holidays) via USPS. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a tracking number.

Standard shipping time for delivery is 4-6 business days, and this does not include the processing times mentioned above. Although we currently don't offer any expedited shipping, we are always looking for ways to serve our customers better.

Please email Loud Dawn at hello@louddawn.com immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.

Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.

Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.

We are not responsible for packages delayed by the Postal Service Domestically or Internationally.
